Please be aware that The Red Hook Country Inn will accept VISA or MC and personal checks to guarantee bookings and we accept final payment by check or cash. Prices are quoted for cash/checks reflecting a small discount.Thank you! Group bookings are subject to a cancellation period of 6 months in advance if all names/credit cards numbers are not on file at the time of the booking. Individual room reservations cancelled within 15 days are non refundable. Since we need the time to prepare our home for your arrival, we ask that you honor our posted check-in time beginning at 4PM. 

Bookings made through Social Living or Groupon are subject to a 15 day non refundable cancellation policy.

Special arrangements may be made for earlier or later arrivals and late checkout upon request with a nominal fee.

Courtesy calls for later arrivals (after 8PM) are greatly appreciated!

There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends from May through November. All holiday 'periods' throughout the year and certain event weekends (such as Parent Weekend, Sheep & Wool Festival and other holiday weekends) may require 3 nights.

Please feel free to call or email if you would like just one night as our bookings may be such that we will have your night available.

PLEASE REMEMBER: All individual room cancellations within 15 days are non refundable and 'shortened stays' forfeit any remaining balance. All reservations are subject to a $25 restocking fee if cancelled more than 15 days in advance. Group bookings are subject to a 6 month cancellation policy if all names/credit card guarantees are not on file. Wedding bookings are also held to the $25 per room restocking fee.

Wedding 'holds' are only accepted with a $50 ($500 for whole house) per room non refundable deposit however group booking cancellations are held in effect. All bookings, including those for weddings, with our without names, are subject to a $25 restocking fee.

Visa & Master Card are accepted as a guarantee; however cash or checks are accepted for actual payment.
