The Red Hook Country Inn Bed and Breakfast is an excellent base from which to pursue activities, as we are only 2 miles to Bard College & Fischer Performing Art Center,  10 minutes east of historic Kingston (New York's first capitol), located at Exit 19 (Woodstock & Kingston) on the NY Thruway 87, 15 minutes north of Hyde Park and 25 minutes south of Hudson, NY. Easily accessible from the Taconic State Parkway from the Red Hook Exit!

The inn is fully accessible from the parking lot into the building. We offer 'next to the door' parking with a Handicap Sticker.Our FIRST FLOOR, FULLY ACCESSIBLE guestrooms have all of the amenities of the upstairs rooms, BUT with a ROLL IN SHOWER! All upstairs rooms have tub/showers.All First floor rooms have showers with seats. Accessible rooms are #8 (may sleep 3)The Parlour Room and #9 The Taproom. Additionally, our CARRIAGE HOUSE #7, is accessible with a private entrance and may be rented as a single bedroom with living room or a 2 bedroom family suite as it may sleep up to 6 guests easily, however only one bath. WEDDINGS & CIVIL CEREMONIES! No matter what you call them, The Red Hook Country Inn is prepared to handle your intimate party up to 40 guests! Our beautiful parlour has been the site of actual ceremonies of all religious and non religious denominations. Innkeeper Pat Holden is a certified NON DENOMINATIONAL MINISTER who will provide you with a customized civil service! Either formal or casual, our inn and staff are able to accommodate this most special event with comfortable seating, fabulous dining and very attentive staff.

For those needing a larger wedding facility, there are many wonderful locations in the immediate area. For your smaller parties, such as your REHEARSAL DINNER or AFTER WEDDING BRUNCH, our dining rooms are set up for very comfortable accommodations and the opportunity to treat your palate with the best of the Hudson Valley!

ROOM REQUESTS FOR WEDDINGS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED WITHOUT A $500 NON REFUNDABLE SECURING FEE. Below you will find our additional wedding booking policies. Please remember that there is no such thing as a Wedding HOLD, as a reservation is a booking, subject to all of our cancellation policies.

SADLY, RECENTLY, THE RED HOOK INN HAS BEEN 'TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF' BY A BRIDE AND GROOM WHO BOOKED OUR ENTIRE INN AND NEVER CANCELLED FOR THEIR SEPTEMBER 2012 WEDDING IN RHINEBECK NY. AS A RESULT, WE HAVE BEEN FORCED TO MAKE MORE STRINGENT REQUIREMENTS REGARDING ADVANCE ROOM BOOKINGS MADE FOR WEDDINGS.

All reservations are subject to a 90 day advance requirement for names, addresses and individual credit cards. Any cancellation prior to the 90 days is subject to $25 fee per room. Within 90 days to 45 days in advance of the wedding, all rooms are subject to a one night cancellation charge. Within 45 days to the arrival day, all reservations are non refundable.

During a 'wedding weekend', our staff provides additional attention to your guests. We are on hand with irons, sewing kits, emergency assistance, and anything you find you may need for them. We take the care of your guests very seriously and ensure that they will be very happy with this service.
